ISW2 - screenshot release

I hereby grant to

Prof. Dr. Stephan Breidbach (project coordinator) and his/her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish screenshots and video recordings of me, or in which l may be included, taken in the online event “Intensive Study Week # 2” (Nov 23-27, 2020) as part of the EU funded project ENROPE, for any editorial and non-commercial other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. l hereby release the project coordinator and his/her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said screenshots and video recordings.

I am aware of the facts

• that Google Meet will be used as the general tool for enabling video-conferencing throughout the week;
• that ZOOM or other alternative video-conferencing tools may be used in the post-keynote sessions or afternoon workshops;
• that (only) the four keynote sessions and the final presentations on Nov 27th will be video-recorded via Google Meet, as indicated in the schedule;
• that screenshots may be taken during all parts of the schedule
• that I can turn off my webcam in case I do not wish to feature in either the screenshots or the video-recordings.
